# VBCs 和 iVBCs

生物多样性科学尚不完善，仍在演进，并且如今受到市场、监管和科学资助的推动。极有可能在未来20年内，生物多样性科学、标准、方法学和规程将发生剧烈变化。 

碳市场之所以失败，是因为过早宣称科学确定性，侵蚀了信任，并破坏了对碳排放监管的早期尝试。我们希望避免在生物多样性领域重蹈此类失败以及“漂绿”之嫌，通过清晰划分试验性解决方案与随后采用的更标准化解决方案。 

我们诚挚希望，风险承受能力较强的资助方能够考虑在多个试验性解决方案上广泛配置资本，以资助该领域的创新；同时，向更为审慎的资助方明确界定更标准化的方法，以使预期保持现实。 

在 Cercarbono 采用该单元的情况下，并且希望在其他核证机构中亦然 

* 在无方法学且仅有 MRV（监测、报告与核证）的情况下，依据该单元签发的生物多样性信用将被赋予 iVBC 认定，作为“创新 VBC”。 
* 方法学在核证机构框架下采用后的第一年将签发 iVBC；其后，如经市场接受且未作修改，则将自动转换为 VBC。
