本方法論は、策定当初から独立した公的・民間双方からのフィードバックを受けてきました。複数の認証機関が採用を検討しており、それぞれのクレジット算定枠組みに合わせて適用することで、「フォーク」が生じる見込みです。Savimbo版は、認証取得を目指さないプロジェクト、または成果追跡もしくはMRVのみに本方法論を用いるプロジェクト向けの拡張セクションを備え、引き続き公開されています。
